Since the Covid pandemic, I have been working in the intersection between technology, flourishing, risk and economics, with a primary focus on Artificial Intelligence. I believe we have a collective opportunity to reimagine progress for an age of intelligent machines.

Through Harvard AI & Flourishing Initiative and the Charity I founded and chair, Happiness Foundation, my current work explores how artificial intelligence can be aligned with human flourishing at individual, organisational, societal, and planetary levels. Through research, industry partnerships, and cross-sector collaboration, I work to develop the ideas, frameworks, and practical approaches needed to ensure that technological progress contributes not only to greater capability and productivity, but also to wellbeing, meaning, resilience, connection, and a flourishing future for humanity.

Harvard AI & Flourishing
I Co-direct AI & Flourishing Initiative at Harvard University's Human Flourishing Program, in collaboration with MIT Media Lab, with a plan to establish a dedicated centre on Technology & Flourishing exploring how transformative technologies can optimize for human wellbeing, societal resilience, and a flourishing future.
Industry Partnerships
I collaborate with industry leaders, researchers, and policymakers to explore how AI can be aligned with human flourishing. Through research partnerships and cross-sector initiatives, we seek to translate emerging ideas into practical approaches for building technologies that help people and societies thrive.
Salon Series
Through a series of curated salons and gatherings, I bring together thinkers, builders, researchers, investors, and leaders from diverse fields to explore some of the most important questions of our time. These conversations create space for new ideas, unexpected connections, and a shared exploration of what it means to flourish in the age of AI.
